How to reset the password of YI account?
If you know the password, but want to reset:1.Click the user icon at the left upper corner of the camera preview page.2.Enter the user page, click the icon at the upper right corner to check the user information.3.At the bottom of the user information page, there is change password. Insert the current password ->Type the new password-> Type the new password again -> Click Next. You have successfully changed your password.4.If you forgot your password, please click “forgot password” at the login page, insert your email address and verification code, you will receive a verification code. Please insert your verification code in the app -> Type the new password-> Type the new password again -> The reset of password is completed. The verification code is only valid for 10 minutes. If you have not changed the password within 10 minutes, please repeat the procedure. If you have not received the verification code, please send your email address and the question to: support@weareyi.com
